Notice Concerning Appointment of Candidates for Directors

ZOZO, Inc. (hereinafter, referred to as the "Company") made a resolution at the Board of Directors held on May 19, 2021, on the submission of a proposal for appointment of candidates of directors to the Company's 23rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 25, 2021. Below candidates are scheduled to be officially approved after the assent to the 23rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
