On March 16, 2021, Cyware Labs Inc. closed the transaction. The transaction is co-led by new investors Advent Global Technology, a fund managed by Advent International Corporation and Ten Eleven Ventures. The transaction included participation from returning investors Prelude, a fund managed by Mercato Partners, Emerald Development Managers, LP, Great Road Holdings, and Zscaler, Inc. The company has raised $43,000,000 in funding till date.
Zscaler, Inc. specializes in the design, development and marketing of security software. The company has a cloud-based "Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange" platform for securing Internet networks and protecting IT infrastructures from threats.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: the United States (50%), Europe/Middle East/Africa (31.9%), Asia/Pacific (14.9%) and other (3.2%).
