ZUU Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4387) announced that it will issue 2,000 units of 8th stock acquisition rights and 1,000 units of 9th stock acquisition rights at a price of ¥1,487 for gross proceeds of ¥4,461,000 on August 24, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Nomura Securities Co. Ltd., Investment Arm. The company will issue securities through third-party allotment of capital. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.
ZUU Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in FinTech platform business, including media service business and FinTech support services business. The media service business is engaged in development and operation of multiple domain specific type of financial web media and smart phone media, as well as provision of advertisement publishing services to financial and real estate companies. The FinTech support service business is engaged in development and management of information dissemination sites for financial and real estate companies, as well as provision of consulting services in the digital marketing field.
