ZW Data Action Technologies : Selected as Key Agent by 360 Security

ZW Data Action Technologies Inc. said Thursday it was selected as a key agent for merchant advertising in 2021 by 360 Security Technology Inc., a Chinese internet security company.

ZW Data said it has been maintaining a long-term cooperative relationship with 360 Security in various fields, and this arrangement extends their relationship to in-depth and close cooperation for precision merchant advertising on digitized platform.

The companies expect the cooperation would create a potential affiliate income of $5 million for 2021.

ZW Data Action shares were up 33% to $2.97 in premarket trading.
