3-D Matrix, Ltd. (JASDAQ:7777) announced a private placement of 45,000 series 19 warrants at a price of JPY 379 per warrant for gross proceeds of JPY 17,055,000 on June 28, 2018. The company will issue securities through third party allotment. The transaction includes participation from SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., Investment Arm. The company will allocate the warrants on July 17, 2018. The warrants have an initial exercise price of JPY 588 and convertible into 100 common shares per warrant. The company will raise net proceeds of of JPY 2,655,055 in the transaction. The transaction will have issue expenses of JPY 8,000,000. Warrants have an exercise period from July 18, 2018 to July 31, 2020.
