Hijiri Tomonari acquired Claytondynamics inc. from 4Cs Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:3726) for approximately ¥100 million on June 29, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Hijiri Tomonari acquired 0.01 million shares. The transaction included sale of Plan A Co., Ltd., subsidiary of Claytondynamics inc. As of September 2016, Claytondynamics reported net liabilities of ¥11 million, total assets of ¥895 million, sales of ¥1.9 billion, operationg profit of approximately ¥80 million, and net income of ¥91 million. The transaction was resolved by the board of directors of 4Cs Holdings Co., Ltd.

4Cs Holdings Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the communication sales business and the cosmetics wholesale business. The Company has two business segments. The Communication Sales segment is engaged in the online sale of cosmetic products and health food, including skin care series products under the brand NANO ACQUA, base makeup series products under the brand ACQUA FAIRY and health food products under the brand BE ACQUA, as well as the development and online sale of doctor's cosmetic products specializing in anti-aging under the brand Fine Visual. The Cosmetics Wholesale segment is engaged in the wholesale of cosmetics and bath products such as keratin removing product Natural Aqua Gel, bath product Bath Time, moisturizing serum lotion product Moist Serum Lotion and oil cleansing product Extra Oil Cleansing. The Company is also engaged in the sale of biofluorescence image measurement equipment, and the provision of inspection services for restaurants.
