Activia Properties Inc. (TSE:3279) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 19,900 shares, representing 2.46% of the outstanding shares for ¥6,000 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and return returns to investors.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled. The program will run until May 17, 2024. As of January 17, 2024, the company had 807,446 shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) and no shares in treasury.
