Adams Diversified Equity Fund, Inc. and Adams Natural Resources Fund, Inc. Announce Retirement of Nancy J. Floyd Prue as Executive Vice President and Member of Senior Management Team

Adams Diversified Equity Fund, Inc. (ADX) announces that after 35 years with the company, and its sister fund, Adams Natural Resources Fund, Inc. (PEO), Nancy J. Floyd Prue, Executive Vice President and a member of the company's senior management team, has retired. Ms. Prue joined the company in 1982 as a research analyst. In 1986, she joined the research team at PEO and served in various capacities, including as President from 2012 to 2015.

She served as Executive Vice President, Director of Shareholder Communications for ADX and PEO from 2015 until her retirement.
