Philips, a member of the board of directors of Affirm Holdings, Inc., notified the company that he has decided not to stand for re-election at the company?s 2021 annual meeting of stockholders to be held on December 3, 2021. Mr. Philips will remain a director of the Company until the expiration of his current term at 2021 annual meeting.
