Sector Alarm Holding AS signed an agreement to acquire Afone Securite SAS from Afone S.A. (ENXTPA:AFO) on June 25, 2018. Afone Securite SAS had annual turnover of €6.74 million. The transaction gives an opportunity to partly finance a share buyback plan on nearly 20% of the capital of Afone S.A. Bertrand Hermez and Clémence Mouret of Clairfield International acted as financial advisors, Harald Hellebust of Wiersholm Mellbye & Bech and Jeantet acted as legal advisors and Vegard Stevning of EY acted as an accountant to Sector Alarm Holding AS. Eric Delattre of Avok acted as legal advisor to Afone S.A. Sector Alarm Holding AS completed the acquisition of Afone Securite SAS from Afone S.A. (ENXTPA:AFO) in 2018.
