Alerion Clean Power takes over 13,200 of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - Alerion Clean Power Spa announced Tuesday that it bought back 13,200 of its own ordinary shares between Feb. 5 and Feb. 9.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR23.7798, for a total consideration of EUR313,892.71.

As of today, the company holds 576,143 treasury shares, representing 1.1 percent of its share capital.

Alerion Clean Power's stock trades in the red by 1.5 percent at EUR23.30 per share.
