Alfa S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 68,439.54 million compared to MXN 87,698.19 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 11,282.1 million compared to MXN 331.74 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was MXN 2.34 compared to MXN 0.08 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was MXN 2.34 compared to MXN 0.08 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was MXN 291,207.37 million compared to MXN 363,864.14 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 12,250.47 million compared to net income of MXN 11,723.27 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was MXN 2.56 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of MXN 2.43 a year ago.
Alfa SAB de CV is a Mexico-based holding company, which manages a portfolio of diversified subsidiaries.
