Armadale Capital Plc is a United Kingdom-based investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Mahenge Graphite Project in south-east Tanzania. The project is located in a highly prospective region in south-east Tanzania, with a high-grade Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) compliant indicated and inferred mineral resource estimate of 20.4 metric tons (Mt) @ 9.8% total graphitic content (TGC), which establishes Mahenge as one of the largest high-grade projects in Tanzania. The Mahenge Project area is within the Usagaran (Mozambique belt) Neoproterozoic system which principally comprises high-grade (amphibolites-grade) metamorphic rocks of both sedimentary and igneous origin, ranging from schists to gneisses.
