Asahi Kasei Corporation Approves Partial Amendment to Articles of Incorporation; Approves Election of Kenyu Adachi as Director

Asahi Kasei Corporation announced at AGM held on June 27, 2014, the shareholders of the company approved the partial amendment to Articles of Incorporation. The shareholders also approved the election of Kenyu Adachi as Director of the company.
