Jewan Jeon signed a contract to acquire 5.99% stake in DECO&E Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A017680) from Kiwi Media Group Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A012170) for KRW 11 billion on March 26, 2018. As per terms, 5.5 million shares will be acquired at KRW 2,000 per share. Out of the consideration, KRW 1.1 billion is payable on March 26, 2018 as deposit and balance on June 30, 2018. Post completion, Kiwi Media Group Co., Ltd. will not hold any share in DECO&E Co.,Ltd. The deal is expected to close on June 30, 2018. BDO Daejoo LLC acted as external rating institution.
