Sundance Resources Limited announced that it expects to receive AUD 0.6 million in funding from AustSino Resources Group Limited

Sundance Resources Limited (ASX:SDL) announced a private placement for 160,000,000 shares at a price of AUD 0.00375 for gross proceeds of AUD 600,000 on July 5, 2019. The transaction will include participation from returning investor AustSino Resources Group Limited (ASX:ANS). The company will initially receive AUD 200,000 by way of issue of 53,333,333 shares to the investor.

The initial payment will occur in 5 business days. The investor is required to pay AUD 100,000 per month.
