On May 13th, 2022, Mr. Wilkinson submitted a petition with the courts of Wyoming to attain custodial control of

Bit Frontier Capital Holdings, Inc, Assets, and the subsidiaries it controls.

On August 9th, 2022, the court of Wyoming awarded Bryan Wilkinson custodial control of BitFrontier Capital

Holdings, Inc., company owned assets and the subsidiaries under BitFrontier control

Mr. Wilkinson will assume the role of President of BitFrontier Capital Holdings. Furthermore, Mr. Wilkinson on acting authority has alleviated Spencer Payne, Andrew Karras, and John Allen from their current positions with the company. Moreover, Mr. Wilkinson has appointed Ronnie Williams acting Vice-President of BitFrontier. Mr. Williams is the acting President of TelsisIt, a BitFrontier subsidiary, and will continue to fulfill duties related his role

Attached as "exhibit A" is the amendment to the Wyoming SOS that has been submitted reflecting this change.

Attached as "exhibit B" is Mr. Wilkinsons' oath of custodian with the state of Wyoming
