Following the recent death of the company's long serving chairman, Horst Sass, the board of directors of Bowler Metcalf Limited informed shareholders the changes made to the board and its committees with effect from June 13, 2013. Brian Frost, previously lead non-executive director, has been appointed Chairman of the Bowler board. Craig MacGillivray has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
