North Hungarian Electricity Supply plc. (BUSE:EMASZ) and Budapesti Elektromos Muvek Nyrt. (BUSE:ELMU) have called extraordinary general meetings seeking shareholder approval for the sale of their trade business on the deregulated electricity market, invitations published on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange show.

The EGM is scheduled on November 22, 2016.
