Budapest Ist District 6775 and address of H-1012 Budapest Logodi street 42., exclusively owned by the Company, and also the restaurant named "Babutzi Breakfast, Brunch& Lunch" which is located in the ground floor of the property registered under top. lot no. Budapest XIIth District 6979/1 and address of H-1122 Budapest Városmajor street 12-14. exclusively owned by the Company, has been purchased by the Harsánylejtő Ingatlanforgalmazó és -kezelő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: HU-1033 Budapest, Polgár street 8-10., tax number: 14442360-2-41, company registration number: 01- 09-904053) exclusively (in 100 percent) owned by the Company on the day of 9th May 2024.
