Carbochim S. A (BVB:CBC) announced a private placement of 2,560,000 shares at a price of RON 2.50 per share for gross proceeds of RON 6,400,000 on February 25, 2013. The transaction will see participation from current shareholders. The share capital of the company will increase to RON 16,110,000 from RON 9,710,000.
The company's shareholders will vote on the transaction at a general shareholder meeting scheduled for March 14, 2013 or March 15, 2013.
