CATERING INTl SERV : Gonzague de Blignières appointed as a member of CIS Board of Directors

At the General Meeting of the 17th June 2014, Gonzague de Blignières was appointed Director of CIS.

Gonzague de Blignières, President and Founder of the investment company RAISE was also Senior Partner of Equistone Partners Europe and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Equistone France. He founded and chaired Barclays Private Equity France and co-chaired Barclays Private Equity Europe (now Equistone).

Gonzague de Blignières now participates in CIS's Board of Directors and Executive Committee alongside other members: Regis Arnoux, CEO and founder of CIS, Monique Arnoux, Vice-President of CIS Corporate Foundation, Florence Arnoux, Key Accounts Manager, Frédérique Salamon, Advisor to the Chairman, Christian Daumarie, Chairman of the Internal Audit Committee, Michel de Bonnecorse, Henri de Bodinat, Sophie Le Tanneur, Frédéric Bedin and Admiral Pierre-François Forissier, also members of the Executive Committee.
