FSC cited Article 30, Paragraph 1 of Regulations Governing Pre-sale
Procedures for Insurance Products adopted pursuant to Article 144,
paragraph 1 of the Insurance Act to suspend sales of 2 products
(國泰人壽益美雙盈利率變動型美元終身壽險(定期給付型) and
國泰人壽鑫美利101利率變動型美元終身壽險(定期給付型)).
5.Intended improvement measures:
Cathay Life Insurance will take improving actions according to the
content of chastisement,and strengthen internal control.
