Cegedim expressed confidence in its ability to achieve annual organic sales growth of at least 10%, sending its share price up 5% on the Paris Bourse on Friday.

The software developer for the healthcare and insurance industries reported first-quarter sales of 145.9 million euros, up 12.9% on a reported basis and 12.2% on an organic basis.

All its divisions contributed to this growth, but the Cegedim Santé branch accelerated its pace of growth, with an increase of 40% compared with the first quarter of 2022.

Deployments of the Segur versions of its primary care software contributed 2.8 million euros over the quarter

Despite global health, economic, geopolitical and monetary uncertainties, the Group said it was confident in its ability to achieve annual organic sales growth of at least 10%.

It also said it did not anticipate any significant acquisitions in 2023.
