CELSYS, Inc. (TSE:3663) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,600,000 shares, representing 4.93% of its total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares, for a total of ¥1,000 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to improve capital efficiency and implement a flexible capital policy in response to the business environment.
The repurchase program is valid till June 30, 2024. As of December 31, 2023, the company had 32,443,210 shares outstanding excluding treasury shares and had 3,827,970 shares in treasury.
