CFT S.p.A. (BIT:CFT) commences share repurchases on May 4, 2020, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Ordinary General Meeting held on April 30, 2020. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase its own shares. The shares repurchased will be held in treasury. The authorization is valid for 18 months.
