Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited announced that Professor Dr. Athasit Vejjajiva, a director, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nominating Committee, tendered his retirement resignation from the said positions effective from December 31, 2015 onward.
