Comal appoints Luca Lucidi as new chief financial officer

(Alliance News) - Comal Spa announced Wednesday that Luca Lucidi has been the company's new chief financial officer for two days.

Lucidi has a solid and many years of experience as CFO gained at major companies, including listed ones. The new manager does not hold shares in Comal.

Alfredo Balletti, director dof Comal, said, "We welcome Luca Lucidi, who is an important resource that strengthens the Comal structure as part of the company's progressive growth."

Comal's stock closed Wednesday down 0.3 percent at EUR3.38 per share.

Comal SpA is an Italy-based company that design and build solar power plants. It operates through two business lines: Renewable Energy and Conventional Energy. The business line Renewable Energy creates engineering, purchase, construction, and management (EPC-M) solar power plants providing operation and maintenance (O&M). The business line Conventional Energy provides maintenance services to power plants, mostly thermoelectric. The Company is active in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
