A unit of Sibs - SGPS, S.A. signed an agreement to acquire PayTel S.A. from Comp S.A. for PLN 200 million.

Sibs - SGPS, S.A. signed an agreement to acquire PayTel S.A. from Comp S.A. (WSE:CMP) for PLN 200 million on June 19, 2018. Under the terms of agreement, Sibs acquired 55% at the time of signing of agreement for PLN 34 million and will acquire remaining 45% in three tranches of 15% each over subsequent years. Final purchase price will be set on the basis of PayTel result over 2018-2020 and will not be higher than PLN 200 million. The transaction is expected to complete in 2021.
