Comtec Solar Systems Group Limited announced that Mr. CHAU Kwok Keung has tendered his resignation as an executive Director, the Chief Financial Officer, a member of the corporate governance committee of the Board and a member of the significant payments committee of the Board with effect from 31 January 2020, in order to devote more time on his other business endeavours. Mr. Chau will remain the company secretary and an authorised representative.
