CUROCOM.Co.Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A040350) announced a private placement of 8,264,000 common share at a price of KRW 2,420 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 19,998,880,000 with its investor K Partners Co., Ltd. on July 11, 2017. The shares will be subsequently listed on the Korean Stock exchange. The shares issued will have a lock up period of one year. The transaction was approved by the board of directors. The subscription and payment date July 11, 2017.
