TERA SCIENCE.Co.,LTD and Bolero Fund entered into a stock transfer agreement to acquire 37.3% stake in DAVOLINK Inc. from Yong-hwa Lee, So-young Kim, Sang-hyun Lee and Sang-ah Lee for KRW 33 billion.

TERA SCIENCE.Co.,LTD (KOSDAQ:A073640) and Bolero Fund entered into a stock transfer agreement to acquire 37.3% stake in DAVOLINK Inc. (KOSDAQ:A340360) from Yong-hwa Lee, So-young Kim, Sang-hyun Lee and Sang-ah Lee for KRW 33 billion on November 23, 2023. Under the terms, the consideration shall be paid as KRW 2,070 per share. The transaction is expected to complete on January 18, 2024.The transaction is expected to complete on March 12, 2024.
