DeClout Limited Announces Resignation of Loh Mei Ling as Joint Secretary

The board of directors of DeClout Limited announced the resignation of Ms. Loh Mei Ling as a Joint Secretary of the Company with effect from 12 December 2017. Following such resignation, Mr. Teo Meng Keong shall remain in office as the sole Secretary of the Company.
