Delta Oil & Gas Inc. has appointed Christopher Tate, to fill a vacancy on the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately, bringing the total number of directors to four. From 2012 to the present, Mr. Tate, through Chris Tate Consulting, has been advising several groups looking to acquire oil and natural gas assets in North America and Africa.
