The shareholders of DRONE VOLT, expert in embedded artificial intelligence and manufacturer of professional civil drones, are invited to an Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 11:00 am.

The Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the company's headquarters located at 14, rue de la Perdrix - 93420 Villepinte - France, and its main agenda will be the delegation of powers to the Board of Directors to decide on the consolidation of the company's shares. For information, the Extraordinary General Meeting can only be validly held on first call after a quorum of 25% has been reached.
