Dynasty Ceramic Public Company Limited Announces Directorate Changes; Proposes Final Dividend, Payable on May 3, 2013

Dynasty Ceramic Public Company Limited announced that the board of directors at its meeting held on January 29, 2013, acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Chana Suthiwangchareon, director, to be effective on December 31, 2012. The board also are agreed to appoint Mr. Monrak Saengsastra, as company Director, in replacement of Mr.Chana Suthiwangchareon; to be effective on January 29, 2013.
The board further resolved that the annual general meeting of shareholders for the year 2013 be proposed to consider and approve the payment of the annual dividend of the year 2012 at the rate of THB 3.08 per share, or the annual dividend totally THB 1,256.6 million, of which THB 2.35 per share was paid as interim dividend during the year 2012. The remaining of THB 0.73 would be further paid out totally THB 297.84 million and record date to receive dividend as of April 4, 2013. Also, April 5, 2013 shall be the book closing date on which the shareholders are listed as specified in Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange. The payment would be paid on May 3, 2013.
Dynasty Ceramic Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is principally engaged in the manufacturing and selling of ceramic wall and floor tiles, together with space rental and providing utilities service. The Company purchases the ceramic floor, wall and Tile grout from Tile Top Industry Public Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of the Company. The Company also purchases the ceramic floor and wall from The Royal Ceramic Industry Public Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of the Company. The Company orders other related products, such as Tile grout, Tile adhesive, Corner-trim for sale. The ceramic tiles produced by the Company and its subsidiaries comprise under the trademark Dynasty, Tile Top, Jaguar, Value, Mustang, Chicken, Birdie, Ducky, Swan, M, Cosmo and RCI. It distributes tiles through outlets, more than 200 outlets, which are its outlets. It owns one factory and other three factories of subsidiary company is located in Nong Khae district, Saraburi province.
