E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. provided revenue guidance for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 and full year ending February 28, 2025. GAAP subscription revenue for the fiscal first quarter of 2025 is expected to be in the range of $130 million to $133 million, reflecting a negative 2.5% organic growth rate at the mid-point.
GAAP subscription revenue for fiscal 2025 is expected to be in the range $532 million to $542 million, reflecting flat growth year over year at the mid-point. Total GAAP revenue for fiscal 2025 is expected to be in the range of $630 million to $645 million, reflecting a 0.5% organic growth rate at the mid-point.
