Edda Wind has signed contracts with Vestas for work in 2024 and 2025 totaling at least 750 days firm work with options for extension of each work scope. The contracts have been signed at rates above levels recorded in recent years and within the range of dayrates forecasted by analysts in the C/SOV market. The new contracts demonstrate the company's ability to provide flexible solutions to charterers by utilizing the interchangeability of the Edda Wind vessels and fleet size.

The vessels that will serve the contracts are to be nominated from Edda Wind's fleet of CSOVs at a later stage. All CSOVs in the fleet can accommodate 120 persons and have flexibility and operability that enable them to service these projects as well as wind farms worldwide. They are all prepared for zero-emission operations with hydrogen as energy carrier in a Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carrier (LOHC) concept.
