Notice Concerning Organizational Change
Elematec Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that it will make the organizational change outlined below.
1. Details of change
Effective April 1, 2023, the organization will be revised as follows for the purpose of improving management efficiency and strengthening its functions.
- Marketing & Development Group I, Marketing & Development Group II, and Marketing & Development Group III, the three groups under the Marketing & Development Division, will be reorganized and renamed as Marketing & Development Group I and Marketing & Development Group
II after integration.
Marketing & Development Group III will be discontinued in line with this change.
There will be no change to the Automotive Group.
