Notice Concerning Partial Amendment of Articles of Incorporation

Elematec Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that it was resolved, at the Board of Directors meeting held today, to submit a proposal for the partial amendment of its Articles of Incorporation to the 78th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 26, 2024.
