Foodservices group Elior announced on Friday the appointment of Philippe Ronceau, a former financial analyst, to the position of Director of Investor Relations.

A graduate of Université Paris-Dauphine and ESCP, Philippe Ronceau boasts over twenty years' experience in the capital markets, after stints at Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse, among others.

In 2013, he joined the London-based consultancy Richard Davies, before moving to Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where he assists listed companies in developing and implementing their financial communications and investor relations strategies.

In 2021, he was recruited by Havas Paris, where he advised Elior on financial communications and investor relations.

Philippe Ronceau, who will take up his new post on March 15, will report to Esther Gaide, the Group's CFO.
