Elixinol Global Limited Appoints Frank Otto as Non-Executive Director of its Board

Elixinol Global Limited announced that it has entered into a binding agreement for its subsidiary (Elixinol B.V.) to acquire all of the issued share capital of CannaCare Health GmbH (CannaCare) (Proposed Transaction). As part of the Proposed Transaction, Mr. Frank Otto is to be appointed to the Elixinol Board as Non-Executive Director.
