Eprolius Ingatlan Nyrt is a Hunagry-based lessor of Real Estate Property. The Company's business activities are the utilization of retail real estate in Hungary and partly industrial properties through leasing and subletting. It buys real estate, holds, owns, rents, sublets, and operates these real estates in the long term. The Company creates and operates retail properties through the renovation and development of existing properties, or by building new properties, the tenants of whose retail properties offer products and services for sale. The Company uses retail, industrial-logistics, and office commercial properties related to industrial-logistics real estate by renting or subleasing within the scope of its main activity. Part of the Company's activities is to renovate and develop the properties it owns, modify the way the properties are used, create new tenants and customers, and create a rental area according to the needs of the tenants.
