Anchorage Capital Partners acquired GBST Holdings Limited from FNZ (UK) Ltd on December 13, 2021. Pursuant to the terms, FNZ will reacquire GBST's Capital Markets division including the experienced GBST capital markets team and the market leading Syn-product suit. Phil Cave will join GBST as Board Chairman. Beau Dixon will also represent Anchorage Capital Partners on the board of GBST. Hayden Neeland and Jesse Alderton will join Beau Dixon on the Growth Committee together with members of GBST management. The transaction is approved by CMA. Lazard & Co., Limited acted as financial advisor to FNZ (UK) Ltd. Slaughter and May acted as legal advisor to FNZ (UK) Ltd. Ernst & Young acted as financial and due diligence advisor to FNZ (UK) Ltd. Jennifer Kiima Mbaluto,Gareth Camp,Richard Kalaher,Stephen Reese,Nelson Jung and André Duminy of Clifford Chance acted as legal advisor to Anchorage Capital Partners.

Anchorage Capital Partners completed the acquisition of GBST Holdings Limited from FNZ (UK) Ltd on December 22, 2021. Gilbert and Tobin acted as legal advisors to Anchorage Capital Partners.
