From April 1, 2020 to March 22, 2021, the company has repurchased 89,210 shares, representing 1.49% for KRW 2,393.48 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 94,210 shares, representing 1.57% for KRW 2,509.24 million under the buyback announced on March 23, 2020.
GEUMHWA PLANT SERVICE & CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the construction of industrial plants. The Company constructs plants, such as thermoelectric power plants, nuclear power plants, petrochemical plants, liquefied natural gas (LNG) bases, tidal power plants, steel manufacturing plants, as well as other plant works, including the installation of incinerators, sewage disposal plants and apartment facilities.
