Gielda Papierów Wartosciowych w Warszawie S.A. (WSE:GPW) agreed to acquire AMX l Armenia Securities Exchange, OJSC, from Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on May 19, 2022. Gielda Papierów Wartosciowych w Warszawie S.A. (WSE:GPW) signed a share purchase agreement to acquire AMX l Armenia Securities Exchange, OJSC, from Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for approximately AMD 870 million on May 24, 2022. The GPW Management Board and the GPW Supervisory Board approved the acquisition of shares in AMX on May 19, 2022. The Central Bank of Armenia will maintain 25.02% of shares, and the remaining 9.95% are the AMX's own shares.
