British Motors D.O.O.Beograd signed a buyout bid to acquire remaining 28.2% stake in Globos Osiguranje a.d.o. Beograd (BELEX:GLOS) for approximately RSD 160 million on March 16, 2020. As part of the acquisition, British Motors D.O.O.Beograd will acquire 0.38 million shares of Globos Osiguranje a.d.o. Beograd for RSD 402 per share. The transaction is expected to close on April 6, 2020.
