Inflexion Enterprise Fund IV managed by Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP and SoccerWorld agreed to acquire All Assets of Goals Soccer Centres PLC on October 31, 2019. The transaction will be effected through a pre-pack administration where administrators, Deloitte LLP, will have been appointed and simultaneously the business and assets of Goals Soccer Centres acquired.
