Profit for the year was HKD 3,363,086,000 or 114.9 cents per basic share compared to loss of HKD 171,194,000 or 5.0 cents per basic share a year ago. Loss from operations was HKD 298,074,000 compared to HKD 312,168,000 a year ago. Loss before taxation was HKD 736,487,000 compared to HKD 459,921,000 a year ago. Loss attributable to equity shareholders of the company from continuing operations was HKD 707,605,000 or 23.9 cents per basic and diluted loss per share compared to HKD 436,770,000 or 14.7 cents per basic and diluted loss per share a year ago. Net cash generated from operating activities was HKD 557,578,000 compared to HKD 491,170,000 a year ago. Payments for purchase of property, plant and equipment was HKD 137,192,000 compared to HKD 78,061,000 a year ago.
