Partouche gained nearly 2% after the casino group published net income of 18.8 million euros for the first half of 2022-23, compared with 24.6 million at the end of April 2022, but with operating income before non-recurring items (OI) doubling to 19.3 million.

EBITDA rose by 24.6% to 42.7 million euros, giving an improved margin of 19.8% on sales up 15.2% to 215.6 million, 'confirming the return to normal activity since the lifting of the latest sanitary measures'.

Claiming an "extremely healthy and solid" financial structure, Partouche explains that this will enable it to continue restructuring its establishments, such as its Divonne and Vichy casinos.
